Battle Terms and Conditions

StudentStock B.V. is owner and operator of the website, brand and host name StudentStock. StudentStock B.V. owns, amongst others, the websites www.nrgbattle.nl en www.healthbattle.nl, from here on referred to as “The Battles".

Privacystatement The websites of StudentStock "The Battles" can be visited anonymously. The organisation of StudentStock "The Battles" does not collect any data about the identity of the visitors of its website. The organisation appreciates your interest in the services offered. If you decide to register for the Events or “The Battles” of StudentStock, you will be asked to fill out personal information.

Upon registration of multiple Battles, your data can be shared with the companies/organizations participating in the Battle. Your personal information will be processed and documented according to the corresponding rules and regulations. Registration and participation by submitting the registration form, you declare that you agree with the General Terms and Conditions and our privacy statement, as mentioned on the website.

After registration you will receive a confirmation via e-mail stating that your registration has been received accordingly. All registrations are individual and cannot be transferred to another person. Cancellation of your registration can only be accepted in writing. Your cancellation will be confirmed upon by the organisation in writing. The organisation has the right to refuse registration without a specific reason, when the amount of registrations is higher than the number of available places for “The Battles”.

Penalties and Payment
All Battles organized by StudentStock are always free of charge for participating students. However, in case of a no-show, StudentStock will withdraw an amount of 50 euros from your bank account, in order to cover some of the costs that will be made due to the fact that you have not cancelled your participation in time. Cancellation of your participation is possible two weeks prior to the "The Battles", this is when the companies start their team selection. Companies expect you to be present during the battle. If you cancel after the two-week deadline you will have to have a sufficient reason with prove otherwise the penalty will be charged.

The organization of StudentStock "The Battles" always reserves the right to cancel StudentStock "The Battles" if there are an insufficient number of participants. The organization of StudentStock "The Battles" is not liable for damage and/or disappearance of property of participants. The organisation of StudentStock "The Battles" reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Publication of the revised terms and conditions shall be made on the website of the Battle.
